A  moment of pain
Yes it aches
 

The heart
Why?
Why did I want to share
this my dream?

With a being
Who denied the appreciation to this my dream

Or did this being deny the  courage to the dream to itself?
May be just till now denied?
Does your heart ache so much that you can*t see the dream?
The door was closed
before that being, was able to destroy the dream.
 

Sometimes remaining silent is painful
Who had not yet experienced this?

Heart Healing


Heal with forgiveness - I am sorry - please forgive me - I love you.

Heal with blessings

Heal in gratitude to the closing of the door - in time


Heal with humility to that dream

Heal with valor to dream this dream as long it wants to be dreamt.

Emerald - the ray of healing - the ray of communion

Sing sing and smile , my heart

Watch it - this pain

Take it - this pain

Own it - this pain


Then there is only pain but never suffering over long times, it was allowed to heal - still is allowed to heal

The Emerald Heart Meditation™

. . ✫ . .☽☀THE☽SACRED☆JOURNEY ★OF☆THE☽SOUL ☀★¸¸.☆.¸¸ . ✶*¨*. ¸ .✫*¨*.¸¸.✶*¨,

Settle yourself comfortably in your own quiet area, breathe in deeply through your nose, completely filling your lungs with air, and release your breath slowly through your mouth.
Repeat this once more, breathing in deeply and releasing slowly through the mouth.
Begin to feel your outer bodies shifting and re-aligning.
Repeat one final time, again completely filling your lungs with air.
Invite the Angels of healing to join you in Light.
Breathing quietly now, take time to relax your entire physical body – your legs, torso, arms and hands, and your facial muscles. Be aware of releasing any lingering thoughts from your mind.
Feel yourself entering a deep, peaceful state of complete relaxation, as you become aware of connecting to a higher consciousness.
Now visualize a door in front of your heart centre. See yourself opening the door wide.
Taking the universal healing ray of Emerald Green, feel it filling your heart centre, healing and clearing as it does so.
Ask that any old cords and hurts which no-longer serve your Highest Good, be transmuted in the Emerald Ray.
Feel your heart centre being filled with love and a gentle peace.
Feel at one with all creation, at one with God, the Source.
Now take the healing Emerald Ray and offer it to loved ones, and friends around you.
Offer this as unconditional healing and cleansing to them. Offer this freely.
Now, see the beautiful white Dove of Peace flying towards you.
Feel the Divine energy emanating from the dove.
From your heart centre, visualize a ribbon of the Emerald Ray.
Give this healing Emerald Ray ribbon to the Dove of Peace.
Visualize the dove wrapping the ribbon of the Emerald Ray around Mother Earth.
See the Emerald Ray now spreading outward to completely surround and heal all living energies on Earth.
Once more, connect to a great inner peace and love within you, and to the great Oneness of all.
Feel connected to all, the wondrous energies of our Universe.
Feel healed - feel at peace.
Now using the Emerald Ray as a cloak, wrap it around yourself, feeling loved, feeling secure.
SO BE IT!

When I Dream

It is interesting,when I dream,

And I see myself in action there,

The I see myself always dressed in white...

 

The last days I had a dream

Where a very dear friend

- the one who always shows up  -

- when something is changing in my life -

 

Said to me, "Come on. Lets go."

"I have done all what had to be done from my side,

I am free and you are free too!"

 

We can go wherever we want,

We can do our tasks wherever (we want),

 

And then I said, "O look at our hands, they are golden."

"We both had wonderful golden hands,

S h i m m e r i n g."

...

 

We will see where this wherever will be...

Katarina Teaches Us to Find Miracles as We Walk With a Heart to Bee a Star!

I come to you, to share the blue (the heart between you and me, on the winds of time, our beloved seas).  It's where my heart does sing.  I think I know where everything, does bring a heart of spring (dawning of evolution).  But others don't find me there, because they are all off looking to stare at emptiness, not full of kiss, because they simply don't care. 

How do I come to greet my heart, if you don't let me out to spark? I need you sow, to plant and grow, the heart of you and me.  Let's find a whispering tree (hear the breeze).  And days go by, and I wonder why.  what do we have to bloom?  I think God is here inside my heart, oh why oh why can't I try.  I need to learn and simply hide (soul that shines), to rise again, to bring the spring, the heart of pure in the hide (clan, tribe, oneness of God). 

If I walk towards you, do I seek a favorite view?  I want you to know, it's part of your glow, the shining light from within.  I say, God oh God, let me in.  It's time for you and me, to shine in the breeze, but you don't look or even cook (purify with fire), the soul that need set free.  It's time for you and me.

Thank the halls of consciousness, that's where my heart does sit. I think you do, know what I mean, when you go sailing in the breeze. My God, let's open the heart and sing.  I need to let it out and bring it home to free.

There we wander to and fro (over the horizon, to heaven and back).  Looking at what we do know, if only we could open up, the heart that is true, the heart that is new.  We are the song of heaven, in it's bloom.  God hold me close, so I can zoom.  Fly with me, in outer space, when you know the portal's grace (freedom with the soul).  Open up your heart to sing, let us out and bring, the soul of everything.

We can walk on moons and stars, if we believe, we can go far.  Don't you seek in miracles?  I know we are part of this favorite hill (waves of rainbow colors).  God is worship every day.  God knows, what we do and say.  It's time for us, to resolve this host, the ghost (soul's spirit within), that needs to breathe (merkaba, vehicle of flight), come and fly with me!

We can find paradise, in the heart that lies, not twice, but where we shine in miracles, God does know all is heard.  I think we do need some nice spice, to lean upon and look real nice, because it's here, where we are filled, with magic in the air. Oh God it smells so real (the nose, represents the knows, over the rainbow bridge between realms). 

And now we travel over to and fro.  We look into the heart that never knows, but if we share the hearts delight, then tears will open up the night. Gift a heart of those in need.  Gather in the heart that bleeds.  Find a way to open souls, to lift them up to glow.  It's time for us to grow.

I leave you with this solemn kiss.  And my heart it's never miss, the target that I intend to throw, towards your heart to grow (the sacred blessings).  I know love always fertilizes the snow (crystalline stone river). There we flow.  There we go.  There is a heart that knows.  Plant your seeds. Watch them grow, fertilize and blow, the may seeds of God.  the Rainbow clouds that impart, the soul which flies towards you, the most exciting view (walking towards your heart, I receive your love).  Sun be dancing in the wind.  Let us all just start, begin.  I will hold your hand this day, just look into my heart and pray.  I will always try my way (reach into heaven and pull you down a star, sow you may glow).

Barbara Reverberates the Rolling Hills, the Heart of Glory Forever

Glory is forever.  It's the heart that feels.  I know God will show me, the place where I herd (the place I feel the wind, the safety of God's pure hearts).  I gift my soul to speak to you, to know the wandering blue (the heart between you and me).  I share my heart to gift to you, the soul that will dare.  Silence is golden, if you don't believe.  Silence is heaven, the place we always grieve.  Silence is the reflection, the mirror of your soul.  Trust God and you will find paradise, if you choose the gold (the united path of soul and flesh).  If you choose, you know.

We are always accustomed, to the end's of time, but if we look at beginnings, we will only chime (the song of angels in harmony).  We can send the freedom call, the bells that rings the halls.  And it's the place where we do grow, the heart that longs to show.  The heart that longs to grow.

Where is God if not freedom?  Where is God in thee?  I am the soul of conquers, who shall always set you free.  Don't you worry, I'm going to bleed (red road, law of love, suffer for thee).  We are devoted, in a foundation, the house of God, in me.  We are going to salvation, when we set us free. When we start to believe.

Come my neighbor, rescue thee.  Come my soul complete.  Come and bow to rainbows views, the heart that always keeps. The soul that always greets.  There is magic in the air.  There is song to sing.  We are magic in our hearts, where we share and relieve.  We need more to achieve.

Take my hand and whisper, it's time to go home!  Take my heart and travel, over rolling hills (waves of rainbow colors).  There is a place we do not know, but if we dig real deep it grows, the seed that you planted last year, it's now going to grow.  It's now, going to know.  My soul is in harmony, when you find the lasting breeze.  My heart blossoms, when you are near, full of heart and cheer.

There is a shadow, that longs to weep. There inside real deep. There is wisdom everywhere, if we learn to keep, the sacred heart that greets.  I am in need of your wisdom.  I am in need of your love.  I am in need of glory, God keep me close to thee.  God find harmony.

Where do you go when I leave you?  I want you to know the glorious show.  Where do you go, without a heartbeat, there is more to glow?  Show me that you care this day.  Show me that you pray.  Tell the Mother (Rainbow Cosmic Mother), God in me, that I'm leading a good way.  Show me hugs today (children of the Rainbow Clan).

Children of the Rainbow, find a heart that glows.  Children of the God's kingdom, going round to know.  It's a river of paradise, the pleasing of a Sun (a light from within).  Don't you know the glory comes, when you release your soul?  Find a heart that glows.  I'm here to share your show.  God is company, inside of me and you.  God is here to gift the devoted loving view.  But you need a heart, that receives all in the spark, there we find it's a loving truce, the bleeding (suffering for love) that you do.

Miracles do share time.  Friendships seem so blind.  But relatives, they know where to go, down the crystal show, the heart that's free to know.  The heart that grows and grows.

This sacred song blessings, was unusual in that during the song, there was a reverberation of my voice throughout, going up and down the rolling hills or waves of light.  She reminds us all, we are on a journey.  Treasure life.
